General Questions:
The CVS Colleague Zone portal is a dedicated platform for CVS employees to manage their personal information, payroll details, work schedules, and access various corporate resources.
You can access the portal by visiting colleaguez.one and logging in with your credentials.
The portal is available to all CVS employees who have registered and have active accounts.
Account Management:
If you are a new user, click on the “Register” button on the login page and follow the instructions to create an account.
Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Log in to your account, go to the “Profile” section, and update your personal details as needed.
Payroll and Benefits:
Log in to the portal, navigate to the “Payroll” section, and select “Pay Stubs” to view your recent pay statements.
Go to the “Payroll” section, select “Direct Deposit,” and update your bank account details.
Information about your benefits can be found in the “Benefits” section of the portal.
Technical Support:
Ensure that you are entering the correct username and password. If the problem persists, click on the “Forgot Password” link or contact technical support for assistance.

Scheduling and Time Management:

In the “Schedule” section, select “Request Time Off” and follow the instructions to submit your request.
Yes, you can request a shift swap in the “Schedule” section. Both parties need to approve the swap for it to be finalized.
Corporate Resources:
The employee handbook is available in the “Corporate Resources” section of the portal.
Training materials can be found in the “Training” subsection under “Corporate Resources.”
